The Ministry of Education's general grant covers university (bachelor's and master's) and non-university studies (vocational training, Bachillerato and others). Non-EU applicants may qualify if under 18 or if they held a residence permit by 31 December 2025 (2026/2027 course); a study stay permit is not enough. Applications are made online at the Ministry's e-office; for 2026/2027 the deadline ended on 19 May.
