Chinese travel document (Consulate General in Barcelona)

Chinese citizens living in Catalonia request the travel document (旅行证) in the "中国领事" app for children born abroad or of mixed-nationality couples, from the Chinese Consulate General in Barcelona. People temporarily in Spain who have lost their passport (or had it stolen, damaged or expired) and must return urgently apply in the app under the urgent travel document section and attend by appointment with the documents. People with valid residence in Spain who must return urgently for special reasons (visiting a sick relative, a funeral, signing an important contract) without a valid passport email the consulate (barcelona@csm.mfa.gov.cn), which replies or gives them an appointment ("green channel").
