El Número de la Seguridad Social (NUSS, también llamado NAF) identifica a cada persona ante la Seguridad Social. Se necesita para darse de alta por primera vez al empezar a trabajar y para acceder a pensiones y prestaciones; el sistema sanitario autonómico lo utiliza para la tarjeta sanitaria. Se puede solicitar en cualquier momento por internet con DNI o NIE, teléfono móvil, correo electrónico y domicilio. Sin Cl@ve ni certificado electrónico, se presenta con fotografía del documento de identidad y un selfie.ES
